The warm welcome by the owners was lovely, and their breakfast spread was delicious and diverse. Luca's attention to detail and helpful suggestions made our stay extra special. The only downside was not being able to secure a room for my next trip - it's always frustrating when a good spot is fully booked well in advance! 🤷‍♀️

We had a short transit stay and chose this accommodation for its proximity to the airport. The host Luca was incredibly accommodating, waiting for our late arrival and even preparing a breakfast to go bag for us as we had to leave very early in the morning. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a restful stay before our flight. The value for the shuttle service was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again for future layovers.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was comfortable and clean, with modern amenities like a rain shower head and satellite TV. the air conditioning unit was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful sleep. the location was convenient, with a bus to Rome just two blocks away and restaurants across the street. the host, Luca, was friendly and helpful, providing transportation to the airport for a nominal fee.

The facility office was closed between 10:30pm and 12:00 noon, which caused an inconvenience for early arrivals. the corridors and entry of the hotel were not very inviting, giving a fortress-like feel.
